About Us
Our story began in the ’90s inside first-tier automotive manufacturing supplying mechatronics to some of the biggest names in the industry. Over 25 years, we worked across operations, quality, and leadership, before expanding into aerospace, where precision, compliance, and accountability are everything.
That blend of automotive drive and aerospace discipline became the foundation of NXLP.
We’ve seen first-hand how manufacturers can struggle with inconsistent quality, firefighting the same issues, and training that never seems to translate into real results. Many traditional training providers roll out the same slides they’ve used for decades — teaching Lean and Six Sigma, yet ironically failing to improve themselves.
NXLP was created to change that.
Our purpose is simple: to help manufacturers build capability, quality, and confidence through continuous improvement and continuous learning.
